Coated glass filters for lighting design and entertainment

Coloured light to suit your needs.

Our absorption free dichroic lighting filters allow you to generate coloured light and change the colour temperature of light sources. They can be used to achieve the lighting and illumination you want in photography, film and television studios, and for the colour filtering of recording devices.

The efficiency of these colour filters is based on the reflection and removal of certain light frequencies. In addition to our standard filters, we also have filters that we can adapt to your specific lamps. We also provide consulting services for lighting applications – our lighting experts can help you with your individual filter needs.

Lighting filters - Measured values:

The standard chromaticity coordinates x and y were calculated from the known spectral radiance distribution of a black body at a certain temperature and the measured spectral transmittance value of the filter according to DIN 5033. These standard chromaticity coordinates indicate the colour temperature according to EN ISO DIN 11664. The standard chromaticity coordinates of the black body are given as a function of the temperature in the pictures in the next section ‘Our colour filters’.

Our colour filters

Our ‘spectrum of unlimited possibilities’ for lighting technology, whether traditional or LED

A broad palette of finely graduated conversion filters in all basic colours made of glass, as well as many others filters (CTO and CTB / various balance filters (+/- green)) are available. Our colour filters for façade illumination, show and stage or interior illumination are made of glass and are extremely robust and temperature resistant; unlike with films, colours cannot fade.
